1. Function & Range of Application:

1.1 This coating is suitable in the steel or iron containing alloy surface for the deoxidation and rust removal, after dried, it can form the primer layer, this primer has same function as the antirust paint has.

1.2 This coating is suitable for deoxidizing and derusting the slit, screw, furrow, concave hole, etc. places which are unable to carry on the mechanical rust removal on the surface of the steel or iron containing alloy, forming the primer.

1.3 This coating is suitable for deoxidizing and derusting the moist steel surface or iron containing alloy surface and form
the Primering level.

1.4 This coating has the phosphorization function to the steel or iron containing alloy surface.

1.5 This coating can activate the surface paint film of the worn paint film.

1.6 This coating is not suitable for the aluminum, the zinc metal surface or its coating surface.

1.7 Little Function to the hardboard rust that has rusted long ago.

2. Surface treatment before coating

2.1 Clear the sewage and dust on the coating object surface.

2.2 Eliminate the firm rust with the hammer or the shovel.

2.3 Eliminate the old varnish film which has flaked off, the old varnish film which still have good adhesive bonding do not need to eliminate.

2.4 The work piece that sticks the mud, can use
clear water to clean and it can paint the coating directly without drying it before.

3. Preparation of coating. The factory produced coating is the formulated concentrate, so must dilute it with water before use, the formulated concentrate
ineffective.

3.1 The formulated concentrate and the water dilution ratio is 1: 1~5, usually uses 1: 2~2.5, namely 1 formulated concentrate adds 2~2.5 times water.

3.2 Regarding the quite thick rust, may enhance the dilution ratio to 1: 1.

3.3 Construct on the moist surface, or construct under high ambient humidity, can enhance the dilution ratio to 1: 1~2.

3.4 Construct under low ambient humidity, can reduce the dilution ratio to 1 : 5.

3.5 Construct when the temperature is higher than 30 ▲C constructs, should reduce the dilution ratio to 1: 4~5.

3.6 When use the formulated concentrate of different production batch , should not mix together, otherwise can cause harmful consequence.

3.7 Formulated concentrate's theoretical use level, when the rust's thickness is 15um and the dilution ratio is 1: 2 , each Kg formulated concentrate can brush 50~60m2.

4. Construction Safety

4.1 When construction should pay attention to the security, prevented it enter into mouth, nose and eyes. When enters carelessly, should use water to wash promptly, the other parts of the body also should suitably protect.

4.2 When construct at room or if the ventilated condition is not good, should pay attention to ventilate.

5. Matching Paint

This coating as the primer, can match with any kind of coating, like the emulsion paint, the phenolic paint, the
alkyd paint, the epoxy paint, the acrylic acid paint, the polyurethane paint, the chlorinated rubber paint and so on.

6. Useful life: 8 months
